1) Fasoli Gino Borgoletto - SOAVE DOC 2016

 A classic from the romantic hills of Verona, both floral and fruity with a touch of salinity.  Medium/long finish with a slight bitterness of almond. 
 
Wine notes: Bright light yellow in colour, the bouquet is both floral and fruity and the wine leaves almost saline and fruity notes on the finish. The aromas are floral and the taste is harmonious and full-bodied. The finish is medium to long with a light aftertaste of bitter almonds. The wine is well balanced between body and acidity and good freshness thanks to regular bottling.
 
Food Pairing: This wine is excellent served as an aperitif as well as with fish-based dishes, soups and fresh cheeses.

2) Fasoli Gino Bardolino Chiaretto Corte del Pozzo 2018

 Your good deed for the day... Bardolino where Fasoli Gino unites caring for the environment with assisting society’s needs. The grapes for this wine are cultivated by members of the Associazione Comunita’ dei Giovani, young adults with special needs.
Wine Profile: Bright ruby red in colour, Bardolino should be drunk young. The bouquet is slightly fruity and floral with notes of a wild rose with an enveloping scent of fresh flowers. During the period of fining, the fruit becomes increases in intensity and the floral aromas develop giving the wine a more harmonious flavour.

Food pairing: Famous for its delicate structure, Bardolino pairs well with light dishes, especially those with tomato sauces or soups. It is perfect with white meat and freshwater fish and snails. 5) Audarya Cannonau - Cannonau di Sardegna DOC 2017

 
Cannonau, the lion of reds, deserves the title of king. Strong and elegant; sovereign and noble. He's a deep and meditative thinker. This is his wine
Wine notes: Intense ruby red colour, slightly spicy with hints of very ripe red fruit. Well structured, warm and persistent.
 
Winemakers note: Long fermentation-maceration, about 30 days at controlled temperature 25°c / 77° F. Malolactic fermentation followed by refinement of only first-press wine in stainless steel temperature-controlled vats in order to enhance its original character.
 
Food Pairing: Pair with cured meats, first courses with tasty condiments, mature or medium Sardegnan pecorino cheese. Roast pig or lamb with myrtle and juniper berries, beef with sauce and wine.
