Discovering Audarya

Is not a secret that Audarya is one of my favorite producer. I had the honor to meet the patriarch, and master winemaker Enrico Pala and the remarkable family behind the success of the winery. They were so welcoming with me and since the first day our friendship blossomed.

Why it is so easy to fall in love with Audarya’s wines? 

Audarya means “nobility of the soul” in ancient oriental language. This name reflects the central value of the project, which is respect in everything they do, from the terroir to the cultural heritage, the sustainability principle, and their beautiful region, Sardegna.

When it comes to my experience with Audarya wines, it was love at first taste. They were the most amazing grapes I’ve ever tasted. I absolutely fell in love with the beauty of their vineyard, the family’s history and creativity of the new generation represented by Enrico’s children, Nicoletta and Salvatore. One thing that immediately caught my eye and eventually conquered my heart was their fairytale-inspired labels.

Vermentino
