Production Notes
The fermentation happens in stainless steel talks, at controlled temperature for a period of 18 days. After that the wine is aged for 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels followed by 12 months and stainless steel thanks and 12 months in the bottle.
Winemaker Notes
This wine is the most representative of our estate and reflects the bond that exists between the Sangiovese grape variety and the Montalcino territory. The marly soil rich in mineral salts lends this wine its characteristic aroma and structure.
