Wine Profile
Wine Profile / Tasting Notes
The certified Biodynamic wine (DEMETER) displays an intense ruby red color with violet reflections, showcasing its vibrant and youthful character. The bouquet is rich and fruity, dominated by aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry. There are also subtle hints of peppery spice that add complexity to the aroma profile.
On the palate, this Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is mid-weight and well-balanced. It features bright red fruit flavors that mirror the nose, accompanied by lightly peppery spice. The wine is built around its acidity, which provides freshness and structure. The tannins are fine-grained, contributing to a smooth and pleasant mouthfeel.
It is vinified in stainless steel to preserve its bright fruit flavors and maintain its freshness.

Food & Wine Pairing
Montepulciano goes extremely well with meaty pizzas and fatty beef burgers. Other meats that fare well with this wine include roast pork, beef brisket, and shepherds pie.
