The brief maceration on the skins gives this Pinot Grigio its distinctive coppery color, enhancing aromas of amarena cherries and raspberries. On the palate, it offers a delightful freshness, with the fruit flavors carrying through from the nose. The wine is delicate yet expressive, balancing its acidity with a subtle texture from lees aging, resulting in a persistent and harmonious finish.

Cascina Mulinino. Clay-limestone on sandy marl. South-East, 220 meters above sea level.
Production Notes
The vilification happens after a short cold maceration on the skins, fermentation 18 °C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Matures for 5 months on the lees. Bottled in March of the year following harvest.
